Credit Card Transactions
FP books can be purchased online using credit cards. Credit card purchases are facilitated by Beanstream (http://beanstream.com) and the gateway for purchases is handled through “myshopify.com”.
Shipping
FP is committed to shipping all our products as quickly as possible. Shipping typically takes between 1 to 4 weeks, but in the event that stock is not available it could take longer. If you feel that you have not received your products in a timely enough manner, please contact us.
Refund/Cancellation
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange, return, or refund. In the event of a refund, the same credit card used to make the purchase will be credited. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of our receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
Misprints
We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. If an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site. If you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly have you return it and offer you a full refund.

For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy not to sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
